Our location here in the Highlands is the perfect base for those wishing to spend time viewing an amazing selection of birds here in a stunning natural habitat, it is no surprise to see Red Kites and Ospreys from your hotel window.

Ornithologists return to us year on year to study some great and indeed rare species of birds such as Peregrin Falcons, Crested Tits, Ptarmigan and even the Golden Eagle.

Another exciting and elusive breed to be found in this area is the Capercaille, not always easy to spot and are best viewed at dawn.
